Employees of KVARTAL 95 registered the 'Servant of the People' party to support Zelenskyy's political ambitions.

Zelenskyy announced his candidacy for the 2019 presidential election during the New Year's Eve address of then-president Petro Poroshenko.

Zelenskyy was elected as the sixth President of Ukraine, winning with 73.23% of the vote in the second round.

Zelenskyy was sworn in as the President of Ukraine and delivered an inaugural address calling for national unity and dissolving the Verkhovna Rada.
