"Hello" won the awards for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, while 25 won the awards for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. During her acceptance for Album of the Year, she praised Beyoncé's album, Lemonade, which was also nominated, and confirmed her marriage to longtime boyfriend Simon Konecki. However, Adele later revealed to British Vogue that the couple didn’t actually wed until 2018, noting that she just called Konecki her husband beforehand “because we had a kid together.”
